VENTANA Fiesta is Frankston’s annual celebration of Latin American, Portuguese and Spanish

cultures.

The highlight is a vibrant South American carnival parade on Saturday, March 11.

And what better way to celebrate the fiesta than participate in the parade.

Work closely with a core group of artists including dancers Salvatore Rossano and Laura Cionci over a series of workshops to prepare for the big day.

Learn the dances, songs, acting and make your own costume and props.

And the best part?

You don’t need any prior experience and it is suitable for all age groups to join in.

The workshops will be held at Frankston Arts Centre’s Cube 37 venue, Davey St, on Wednesdays from 7.30pm to 9pm until March 8.

Cost $10 per workshop with materials included. Bookings will be taken via phone on 9784 1060 until February 15.
